The San Fernando Valley is divided into 5 areas in our local real estate board. Starting clock-wise at the top left is WNS, Chatsworth, Northridge and Granada Hills. Then EN, San Fernando, Pacoima, Sunland, Sun Valley,Arleta. Next is WS, North Hollywood, Valley Village, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys. Next is Central, Encino, Tarzana, Reseda. Finally WS, Woodland Hills, West Hills, Canoga Park,Winnetka.
